Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer in bucket by mixing 1/2 teaspoon unscented household bleach per 1L water. Store wiping cloths in the bleach sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Hand washing station in the kitchen was obstructed by many containers and equipment.
2. Paper towel dispenser in the staff washroom did not have paper towels
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all containers and equipment from the hand washing station. The hand washing station must be kept clear at all times to allow for proper hand washing.
2. Supply paper towel dispenser with paper towels. Ensure all hand washing stations are always fully equipped.
