General observations:

√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Oxonia active used as a sanitizer and titration kit used to verify concentration
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order and stored in sanitary condition
√ General sanitation and maintenance is excellent
√ No signs of pest infestation noted, pest control company contracted to come in twice per month
√ Thermometers present
√ Cleaning and maintenance logs maintained and no issues with equipment have been noted
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection, all staff working in production areas required to wear gowns, hair nets and foot coverings
