- Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding requirements from the last routine inspection.
- All foods appeared protected (ie. covered, stored off the ground, not double stacked...etc)
- All food equipment stored off the ground an in a sanitary manner
- Container of sanitizers available in each food preparation area with cloths submerged. Remind staff to ensure there is enough sanitizer solution to completely cover all the cloths.
- Required cleaning has been completed. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation.
- Cardboard has been removed from the floors
- Hand wash stations fully equipped and accessible. ** Operator to move the shelving unit installed beside hand sink in the middle of the kitchen back another inch - email picture to confirm**
