Follow up inspection to the report #260039 was conducted: High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 76.7C at the plate level. Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 200ppm QUATs. Test strips available. No other issues noted at this time. Facility is granted health approval to operate.
