Observation: Front door of unit #102 has a space at the base that can allow rodents in.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately install a door guard/sweep on the base of the door to prevent the entry of pests.

Comments

A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made:
- Premises consists of unit #101 and #102. The office is found in unit #102.
- All coolers were below 4C; all freezers below -18C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- General sanitation level is good. Floors, walls, and tables are clean. Cooler and freezer doors and door handles are clean.
- No signs of pests.
- All foods are stored 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms.
- No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- All in order.

Please submit a floor plan for unit #102, showing the layout and location of all coolers, freezers, sinks, rooms, etc..
