Manual dishwashing is used sanitizer solution (QUATS) is available in the main dispenser.
Handsink is available and fully stocked with paper towels, soap, and warm water.
Washroom is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Fully stocked with paper towels, soap and warm water.
Foods stored off the ground. Observed First in First out method.
Chemicals stored under sink and away from foods.
Overall sanitation of premises is ok.
No signs of pest/rodents at the time of inspection.
Note: milkes/creamers storage:ice packs/ice must be changed routinely.
