Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The low temperature dishwasher had between 10 and 50 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): The chlorine solution was replaced with a new bleach solution during the inspection and it had 100 ppm chlorine afterwards. Check daily.

Comments

The owners have renewed their FoodSafe certificates and it is valid until 2028 now.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Bleach sanitizer was tested at 100 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
