Sale of chocolate and candy (re-packaging on site). Ice cream - not inspected at this time. Hand washing in back storage room (easy access from front area) - good. Hand sink has hot /cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispenser. Washroom hand sink has soap and paper towels. Use 1/2 - 1 tsp of domestic bleach in 1 litre of water to make a fresh sanitizing solution for sanitizing utensils and food contact surfaces after cleaning. Food from approved sources - Receipts available. Keep food ingredient information available if not on individual labels for customers who may have questions about ingredients or require allergy information. Freezer is available for cold food storage. Premises is well organized. Pest control - monitoring is taking place. Operator advises there is a pest control contract. Food is in bins with lids - good.
