Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Many potentially hazardous foods (ie. partially cooked chicken; partially cooked noodles, etc) noted at room temperature with no time tracking. Temperatures foods ranged from 5oC to 9oC. Facility was at the tail end of rush hour.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods can be stored at room temperature, only with proper time tracking. Foods with no time tracking in the furture will be discarded, even if the food has just been out for 5 mintues.
