Comments

Follow up inspection.

Faucet for hand sink in men's washroom has been replaced with a new unit.
Soap dispenser for hand sink in the kitchen has been replaced with a new unit.
Lighting in the sushi bar area has been restored.

Spoke with operator about hand hygiene of all staff and to ensure hand wash sinks are well equipped for hand washing and to keep them unobstructed. Operator commented that the kitchen hand sink is closer in proximity for food preparation (e.g. thawing) and staff use the dishwashing sink for hand washing. Informed operator that the hand sink in the kitchen is meant for hand washing only.
