Observation: Dishwasher - no chlorine residual in final rinse. As well, ensure tables are sanitized with quat or bleach solution after customers leave.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least 50ppm chlorine detected in final rinse. Adjust/repair by June 27, 2023. In the meantime, please wash and sanitize dishware using the 3 compartment sink method - poster already in view on wall. Provide quat sanitizer or bleach solution for sanitizing tables after customers leave.
