- Routine inspection conducted, by appointment. Kitchen not in operation at time of inspection.
- Kitchen/hall is rented out for events - renters bring their own food. The Sullivan Association (owner) does not cook/prepare food from this kitchen for the public.
- If a renter is providing/making food for the public, they will need to fill out a temporary premises application form for Fraser Health and obtain a temporary permit.

- Two domestic coolers onsite. Both measured 4C or colder.
- Top freezer portions of domestic coolers satisfactory.
- Thermometers available in coolers/freezers.
- No food stored onsite.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm to 200 ppm in labelled spray bottle.
- Three-compartment sink available in kitchen maintained in sanitary conditions. Hand washing compartment properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- A two-compartment sink is also available in the back area. Also properly supplied for hand washing.
- General sanitation good.
- Mop sink available in kitchen area (behind door).
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
