-Hand-washing stations equipped with liquid soap, hot water and paper towel
-All coolers at 4°C or less and equipped with an accurate thermometer
-Freezer at -18°C and equipped with an accurate thermometer
-Hot holding at 60°C or greater. Probe thermometer available to check temperatures
-All food items covered to protect from contamination
-All food items stored at least 6" off the floor.
-QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm in the three-compartment-sink
-Dishwasher at 71.1°C at the plate during the final rinse
-At least one employee is on-site at all times with FOODSAFE Level 1
-No signs of pests. Monthly pest control currently being done by ORKIN
-Temperature logs available and up-to-date.
