Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CXMRBW Sanitizer container and spray bottle noted with 400 PPM QUAT. Areas noted requiring sanitary attention are now noted cleaned and sanitary. Floor tile by the deep fryers has now been repaired - as per operator, a small area below the deep fryer still require patching. Hole/ wall in poor repair by the magnetic knife holder has now noted been repaired. Issues that still required attention and will be followed-up during the next routine inspection: Missing paper towel dispenser at the cookline. Torn door gasket in the 3-door kitchen cooler. No further follow-up required at this time.
