Observation: Ant activity observed on the floor next to the three compartment sink. Some food debris is also on the floor which is attracting the ants. The ants appear to be coming in and out of the deep cracks between the floor tiles.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the food debris. Mop the floor with warm soapy water regularly to remove the chemical trail left by the ants. Seal up the cracks between the tiles. Operator will arrange for pest control services (Orkin). Operator will send a copy of the service report to the health inspector.
