HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: High (≥30) Total Score = 33
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Quat dispensing at sanitizing sink initially below 200ppm (Approx 150ppm). Air observed in tubing. Once new container was installed and air in line eliminated sanitizing rinse detected at 200ppm
Corrective Action(s): Re sanitize all utensils al discussed.
Violation Score: 15

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 2
306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Pink colored algae build up observed in top portion of ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize top portion of ice machine as discussed. Label on machine states it was last done in October, 2022.
Violation Score: 3

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: O-ring observed missing on the stopper in the middle sink of the 3 compartment sink. Sink will not hold water with o-ring missing. O-ring on sanitizing sink was initially dislodged from its stopper but was put back into place. However it will not seal properly unless pressure is physically placed on the stopper or else it will not hold water.
Dust build up observed on both compressors in the sandwich coolers. Dust build up was removed at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Replace o-ring in midde sink and repair closing mechanism on the sanitizing sink. Both sink must be capable of holding water when the stoppers are in the closed position.
Ensure compressor fins are cleaned on a regular basis to prevent dust build up.
Violation Score: 15

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
