Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Water for hand washing sink was turned off due to leaking faucet at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff turned the water for hand sink back on. Hot and cold running water must be available at the hand sink all times. Two-compartment sink was full of dishes and being used for dishwashing, and was not avaialble for handwashing. Plumber has been called for leaky hand sink.

Observation: Large dry ingredient bins were missing covers. A few items in walk-in cooler and prep coolers were not covered.

- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle
- Food storage was organized. Ensure all food items are properly covered!
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezers were measured to be at or below -18C
- Upstairs storage area satisfactory. Dry storage room across from washroom satisfactory.
- Washroom hand sink properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
