Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer bucket at the kitchen measured at2100ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 180F at the manifold final rinse.
Domestic cooler/freezer combo measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Walk-in cooler measured at 3C. Walk-in freezer measured at -19C. Hot-holding unit measured at 66C. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. ICe machine observed to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
