Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer solution concentration is too high (ie. >1000ppm conc.).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure chlorine sanitizer solutions are prepared at an appropriate concentration for usage on food contact surfaces (ie. 100-200ppm concentration). Mix 1/2 teaspoon per Litre of water to obtain a suitable concentration for usage as a no-rinse sanitizer solution for food contact surfaces.

Corrective Action(s): Foods must be stored in closed, durable containers to protect against contamination. Transfer all bulk ingredients to food-grade containers with tight-sealing lids.

Corrective Action(s): *Contact a pest control company to investigate rodent activity and take appropriate measures to mitigate/eliminate the pest activity.

*Eliminate food sources for pests by cleaning up food spills promptly and storing all foods in closed containers.
