Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At start of inspection, the sanitizer compartment of the warewashing sink was filled with equipment and utensils submerged in detergent instead of sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Drained and refilled the compartment with 200ppm QUATS sanitizer.
