Follow-up inspection to AMAC-CFEP8R -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle available in the back. -Bleach sanitizer solution in bucket made at the time of inspection. -Most food in cooler is covered with a lid (rice container missing a lid - ensure all food is covered and protected from contamination). -Dry savory foods for delivery must be delivered in food grade containers/lined with food grade wrap/tin foil. -Reminder leftover foods in cans must be transferred into food grade containers. Continue working on cleaning all areas of the establishment.
