Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Premises quat container observed empty at the 3 compatment sink. No bleach or additional quat sanitizer observed on site.
No bleach or quat sanitizer observed at the front 2 compartment sink. Dishwasher not in operation.
Corrective Action(s): Rewash and sanitize all utensils in the entire premises. Employee went to walmart to purchase bleach at time of inspection to avoid a Closure Order being issued.
The ratio for 100ppm bleach is approx. a cap of bleach per gallon of luke warm water. Soak for 2 minutes then air dry.
