-Follow-up inspection to July 06, 2020 initial inspection. -Walk-in cooler was serviced and was at 3C. -Bank cooler by the handwash station was serviced and was less than 4C. -Temperatures will be checked daily. Keep at least one month of records on-site for review. -Handwash station liquid soap dispensers replaced. Handwash stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels. -Facility is given Health Approval to operate. Note: this approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies. Prior to completing structual or operational changes to the facility, contact the Health Department for approvals. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
