-General sanitation of premises is satisfactory. Minor dust and debris noted under double door cooler in storage room. Ensure hard to reach areas are being cleaned regularly.
-Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Double door cooler at 4C
-Freezer at -13C
-Single door cooler at 4C
-Storage room is well organized with food items stored on shelving and opened dry goods stored in pest proof containers
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection
-High temperature dishwasher met sanitizing temperature requirement. Final rinse temperature was 78.6C at the dish surface measured with min/max thermometer.
-Bleach sanitizer solution (100ppm chlorine) present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
*Kitchen not in use at the time of the inspection; however towel noted next to dishwashing area with clean plate on it. Do not put clean and sanitized dishes on absorbent surfaces as dishes may become recontaminated. Allow dishes to air dry on drying rack.
