Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean the external surfaces and underneath areas of the dishwasher. Ensure cleaning is done regularly to prevent accumulation of debris.
2. Clean the dust off or discontinue the use of this fan to avoid blowing dust into food preparation areas.

- High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 72.2C at the plate level.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available from dispenser
- Pest control reports are available for review.
