Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A clear insert of coffee creamers was observed on counter in front till area. Creamers were warm to the touch and the internal temperature measured at 23.2 C. Staff uncertain how long creamers were out at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Creamers were discarded. Ensure all cold potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4 C or below to prevent the growth of bacteria and their toxins.

Observation: Ice machine interior on white tray observed with pink organic debris.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all ice in machine. Clean and sanitize the interior of the machine to remove all organic debris. Ensure ice machine is cleaned and sanitized regularly to prevent cross contamination. Date due by: immediately

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer solution in large white bucket in front till area observed at 0 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer solution was dumped and replaced. Ensure chlorine sanitizer is at 100 ppm and changed regular to allow for proper sanitation of food contact surfaces.
