Observation: Insert cooler in cooking area found to be at 17c during time of inspection. This cooler is not currently being used and all foods are stored and kept in other coolers that are 4c or less.
Corrective Action(s): This cooler must be repaired or replaced immediately. All coolers must be at 4c or less at all times.

Comments

Handwashing stations are equipped with liquid soap and papertowels. Hot/cold running water is available at all stations. Dispensers are permanently mounted to the walls.
All insert coolers found to be at 4c or below expect one cooler found at 17c (see above noted violation)
Stand up cooler near dishwashing area at 4c.
All freezers at <-18c.
No hot foods being held in hot holding units found onsite during time of inspection.
Dishwasher found at 50ppm concentration during time of inspection.
Bleach water sanitizers available in sanitizer bottles at 100ppm concentration.
All employees observed to be wearing uniforms and observed to have good personal hygiene.
Reminder: Ensure all employees wash their hands after each task.
Employees available onsite with foodsafe certification.
Overall sanitation of facility is adequate.
Pest control in place. No issues noted during time of inspection.
