Sanitizer feeder system is dispensing less than 100 ppm Quaternary Ammonia. Correction: Replace sanitizer solution for dishwashing sanitizing sink and wiping rag containers with 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia. Prepare sanitizer manually and verify with test strip. Sanitizer feeder system is to be repaired / adjusted to dispense 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia.
