306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: No new droppings observed in the front, office, gelato making room however old droppings still observed in hard to reach areas in the back room. Corrective Action(s): Remove old droppings and continue to remove clutter in the back room area as discussed. Continue to bin all food items that can potentially be chewed into. Secure cones into bins at the front area at the end of each day. Violation Score: 9

Closure order lifted A routine inspection will be conducted in approx 1 weeks time **Submit paperwork to replace the missing operating permit ASAP. **Ensure food safe coverage is in place when in operation ie there must be at least 1 person on site who has foodsafe Level 1 or equivalent when in operation. Substantial clutter removed from the back room area Gaps in wall identified in report on March 4 have been filled. Glue boards remain in place. Improper bait boxes have been removed from the premises.
