Site visit to determine if address is correct. Permit decal has been returned to sender indicating "vacant" on the envelope. A routine inspection conducted at time of visit. Display cooler was empty. Staff just arrived and display cooler was just turned on . Business was just opening at time of visit (~3:45 pm). Hand sink supplied with hot/cold running water and provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Walk-in cooler ambient temperature was at 1 deg C. Freezers were at -18 deg C. All food containers in the walk-in cooler were covered. Insides of display & walk-in coolers and floor were clean. Bleach solution was at >100 ppm. - Use a bucket with label for bleach solution instead of a bowl. - Keep all wiping cloths in the sanitizing bucket. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Health permit posted in visible location. Note: - Ensure temperature log is available on-site and kept up to date. - Clean up some sauce splatter on top and side of the deep freezer located in the cooking area.
