Observation: No sanitizer detected- bucket of sanitizer was almost empty it is changed primed but still nothing
Corrective Action(s): -All washed dishware including all bins and inserts to be soaked in bleach solution in the sink for 2 minute and air dry
-Dishwasher can be used for washing but sanitizing must be done manually as noted above until the dishwasher is either fixed or replaced and checked

- Pest control service weekly- increase to twice per week for now.

- Quats sanitizer for wiping cloths in different prep area are provided >200ppm
- Ice scoop for Ice machine + ice sink are stored proper.
- Dipped well for ice cream scoops is running temp >60C
