Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in produce area not supplied with paper towel during time of inspection. Operator placed paper towel at the hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing stations are supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at times to ensure staff is washing their hands properly and at adequate frequencies, especially when handling ready-to-eat foods to prevent cross-contamination.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All coolers measured at 4'C or lower during inspection
- All freezers measured at -18'C or lower during inspection
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs throughout the premises

Note: ensure QUATS sanitizer spray bottles throughout the premises and stock bottles at all 3-compartment sinks are changed frequently and that QUATS concentrations are checked daily to measure 200 ppm QUATS concentration (as per approved sanitation plan)

- Dry storage grocery aisles kept in sanitary manner (below, on and around shelving units)
- Bulk bin area well maintained - all bulk items are pre-packed due to COVID
- Produce area kept in good sanitary condition
- General sanitation - good!
- Back receiving door observed sealed well to prevent pest entry
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Pest control company completes weekly checks at the premises
- Temperature and sanitation logs maintained (daily)
- Public washrooms kept in good sanitary condition with liquid soap, paper towel and warm water available at handsinks
