Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew noted on the condenser cover within the ice machine.
No sanitizing solution available.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the ice product and have the ice machine properly washed and sanitized.
Ensure a 100ppm chlorine (bleach) solution is available for disinfection of food contact surfaces and counters. All wiping rags are to be stored in a sanitizing solution. Dilute 25ml of bleach with 4 liters of water.
