Follow up report #257282 Code 302 Corrected. Dishwasher has 100 ppm chlorine final rinse. Bleach water for cloths is prepared. For Future: 1) Test chlorine level in dishwasher at least once/day. It should have at least 50ppm chlorine. 2) Keep records of dishwasher testing. 3)Always have bleach water prepared for cleaning cloths. Keep cloths in bleach water at all times when not in active use. Restaurant may re-open.
