Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C57QCE. All infractions in report#JCHY-C57QCE have been corrected. -Meat slicer and blade of the can opener in sanitary condition. -Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine. -Underneath the work tables across the walk-in cooler and across the 2-compartment preparation sink have been cleaned and sanitized to prevent possible pest harbourage. -Behind the chest freezers have been cleaned and sanitized to prevent possible pest harbourage. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
