Observation: Temperature of the rice inside the warmer was luke warm (65F- 112F) and inside another pot left on the counter was 130F.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure rice is kept hot at 140F or above or store inside the fridge. When reheating from cold, ensure that it reaches 165F. Use your thermometer to check.
