Observation: 1. In the male washroom one stall was left in unsanitary condition after patron use. Cleaning and disinfection of this stall is required.
2. The walk in cooler ceiling fan is observed with build up of dust and debris. Clean this unit to prevent contamination and ensure adequate air circulation.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Close off stall in male washroom. Have dedicated cleaning staff clean and disinfect before reopening. Correction required today.
2. Clean fan as required. Correction required in 3 days.

Observation: Main walk in cooler thermometer reads 8.7C. The contents and ambient temperature of cooler is at 1.8C to 3.6C. This thermometer requires calibration.
Corrective Action(s): Calibrate, replace or use another thermometer for this unit. Ensure thermometer used is accurate in measuring the colding holding temperature for walk in cooler. Correction required in one week.
