Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Eggs and bean sprouts noted at room temperature.
Upright two-door cooler in storage area was at 9 degrees C.

Corrective Action(s): - The eggs and bean sprouts were discarded during inspection
- These items along with any other cut produce, meat, dairy must be maintained below 4 degrees C. As discussed the bean sprouts may be placed in clean ice water for immediate use.
- All potentially hazardous foods (eggs, meat, tofu, dairy, cooked meats and vegetables) must be moved to coolers that are able to maintain refrigeration temperatures.
- Call technician to check/repair unit as required.

Comments

- Due to the warm weather the ambient temperature inside the coolers are rising very quickly from keeping the door open. Food in coolers were at 5 -6 degrees C. Please keep this in mind and keep the cooler doors shut as much as possible.
- Freezers were at adequate temperatures.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were available for use at hand wash sinks.
- Bleach solution was available for sanitizing.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 79 degrees C at the plate.

** Do not store food items directly on the floor.
** Keep up with cleaning and grease build-up.
