Observation: Hand wash sink continues to be clogged. No stagnant water present in the sink at time of inspection; operator states that he currently washes hands in the adjacent building.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sink MUST be fixed by Monday, Oct 29 or else further enforcement measures may be taken.

Comments

Follow- up inspection to report #JMAA-B5NRDG. The following observations were made:

- Store has been significantly de-cluttered
- Food items for sale have been kept off the floor
- No old vegetables or compost present that had been attracting flies in routine inspection (RPT#: JMAA-B5FU9W)
- Packaged goods and seafood has been re-organized into bins
- No new rodent droppings observed - old rodent droppings behind the stand-up cooler at back-of-house and behind/around the chest freezer in storage room have been removed
- Most products are now labelled; continue labelling all products and obtain labels from source companies as required

A follow-up inspection will occur on Monday, Oct 29 to ensure that the store continues to further de-clutter and that the hand wash sink has been repaired.
