Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): "Dump sink" in corner of bar next to the glasswasher is being used as the handwash station. The area is obstructed with bins and is not easily accessible to employees.

Corrective action: Use the sink at the center of the bar as the designated handwash station. Equip it with paper towels, and liquid soap. Ensure that this sink is used soley for handwashing and unobstructed at all times to facilitate proper hand hygiene.

- Lemons and limes in bar cooler are stored in containers with lids - good.
- Glasswasher has a chlorine residual of 50 ppm at the final rinse.
- General sanitation of the bar is very good.
- No visible signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection
- Bar walk-in cooler is in sanitary condition
- Quaternary ammonium (quats) sanitizer on-site at 200 ppm
- Holsters / soda dispensers are sanitary

Recommendation:
- Clean out the basin collecting fluid from the soda dispenser. A brown residue was observed on it.
