- All handsinks in kitchen and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in cooler, upright cooler and prep coolers are less than 4C
- Three freezer units in the basement are less than -18C
- HOt holding unit is greater than 60C
- Dry storage area (in the basement) is satisfactory
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 81C during final rinse cycle at the dishsurface
- Chlorine sanitizer in buckets is measured at 100ppm residual
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
