NOTE: apparently operator was aware of the problem and had a repairman coming later today

If the washer is not working workers should have been manual sanitizing dishware as per your Sanitation Plan

NOTE: the dishwasher was also reported with no sanitizer residual back on the October 2018 routine inspection -continued infractions here will require increased enforcement such as ticket(s) and/or closure
