Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No handsink available at mid kitchen/side door entrance. Temporarily out of order due to leak.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsinks are available to staff at all times during operation. Handsinks must be supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Hand sink in front and back kitchen are available and fully supplied. Staff have been instructed to use these sinks until middle sink is repaired. Repair handsink by Friday, Sept 22, 2017.

Observation: 1. Ceiling above side kitchen entrance is covered in black debris from the above fan.
2. Old mouse droppings noted around pop syrup pump above syrup boxes.
3. Food debris noted in hard to reach areas around the back and under cooking equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas noted above are cleaned and maintained in sanitary condition.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wine glasses stored in keg undercounter cooler on kegs.
Corrective Action(s): Kegs are not designed to hold glassware and is not considered a clean surface to store clean dishes. Relocate all glassware to proper shelving. Wine glasses were cleaned in dishwasher and placed in nearby cooler with beer glasses.
