-Facility provides water bottling services: purified and alkaline water.

-Water source is City of Surrey water, which undergoes the following processes: ion exchange (softener), carbon filtration (granulated activated carbon), pre-filtration, reverse osmosis, post filtration, UV treatment, and post carbon.
-UV system is digitally monitored and alarm is triggered when the system in not working properly.
-Customers fill their own water bottles. Hand sanitizer available at the filling stations for customers.
-At the end of the day, nozzles are sanitized with 200ppm chlorine (1 cap bleach in approximately 4L of water) - to prepare 100ppm to 200ppm chlorine add, 15mL (1 tablespoon) of bleach to 4L of water
-Bottles are sanitized with Prochlor (chlorine based ) - solution was tested at 100ppm.
-Single use caps available for customer.
-Freezer is no longer used for ice.
-Ice machine available on-site and scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
