Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Eggs are being stored too far out at the display cooler. Part of the egg carton that is sticking out is measuring 7-8C.

- Concentrated Quat sanitizer is available. Ensure manufacturer's instructions are being followed to achieve the correct concentration of sanitizer. 200 ppm measured after sanitizer was prepared.
