-Follow-up inspection to October 27, 2022. -Plumbing issue has been fixed and sinks were properly draining. -Quats sanitizer dispenser has been installed and was tested at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink was filled with Quats sanitizer at the time of inspection. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle was labelled. Sanitizer spray bottle is filled fresh at the start of each day. -Did not observe any foods stored in opened metal containers at the time of inspection. -Health Permit hand delivered to facility. Contact the Health Department if any changes are made to the Permit. Permit must be posted in a visible location. -Please contact the inspector if there are any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
