Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths were observed to be stored in a container of sanitizer that was measured at less than 100 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was changed and tested at 200 ppm quats. Ensure that sanitizer is maintained at the correct concentration for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces.

All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm in all food preparation areas. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution when not in use.
