-Rosemary oil has been discarded. This is only to be made fresh and cook to serve immediately. No storage of this product is allowed until accepted food safety plan is provided
-Sanitizer bottles measured 200 ppm quat.
-Kitchen hand wash sinks are fully equipped. They are not blocked by items
-Grease hood has been cleaned
-Prep cooler cutting board has been cleaned
-Washroom sinks have paper towel dispensers
-Raw meats are not stored above raw vegetables
-Microwaves have been cleaned
-Mouse droppings have been cleaned
-Flies have been eliminated. Continue to keep areas dry
-No foods except onions are stored outside refrigerators. Onions are to be stored off the ground
-Cardboards have been removed and food grade plastic containers are used
