-Ensure that an updated menu, Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan is submitted within 2 weeks.
-Sandwich cooler that is built into the counter had an ambient temperature of 8 C up top, 6 C in one of the small compartments and 4 C in the large compartment.

New operators:

Copies of FoodSafe certificates received (3).
Dishwasher has been repaired and is now reaching 71 C at the plate level.
Quats sanitizer onsite and is at 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler was at 4 C.
Freezer was < -18C.
Kitchen hand sink is now working properly and has not and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The tap at the 2-compartment sink is now secured and is supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Droppings were cleaned from the electrical room. No new droppings were found. Traps in place.

Coffee is served here. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
