Routine inspection conducted

Temperatures:
2 door soft drink cooler: 8.0°C; storage of soft drinks only, in process of restocking drinks during time of inspection
Monitor to ensure unit can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less
Pizza prep cooler: 4.2°C
Remember to keep lids closed when not in use
Walk-in cooler: 1.2°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
QUATS sanitizer in spray bottle, red pail and fresh from dispenser measured 200ppm
3 compartment sink available for dish and ware washing
Pizza cutter stated to be cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours

Storage:
All food items stored at least 6" off the floor
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners stored separate from food preparation/storage areas
Tomato sauce for pizza (for use) stored at room temperature for 8 hours before discarding as per head office instructions. Products labelled.
Storage area organized; some cardboard clutter. Staff stated cardboard is cleared out at least twice a day (every shift change)
